Seasonal vegetables with sesame dressing, sake lees miso with ufu mayonnaise, sake lees tofu

· Assorted 3 varieties

・Pork loin grilled with sake lees and miso and salad with sake lees dressing

・Dashi chazuke made with sake rice and Omachi made in a clay pot
